Hello, please make the store refund for part of the order from 06.01 (salami and 1 of water bottles), because they didn’t bring them! I started a request, but had a hard time, and couldn’t finish that. Now the order is marked as finalized, I can do nothing with that, though your politics says I have up to 1 week. Why I already can’t get normal help in the app?

We don’t provide direct customer support here, but you can reopen a request directly in the app. Just click on the order you placed, then go to Help, choose incomplete order or another option that fits your issue, and reopen the request.
If you’re a foreigner visiting Brazil, explain that in the chat to speed things up.
